You would not believe how long I have sat here trying to write this 'Brief Bio' section. How difficult can it be to write a little something about myself? Quite simply: very! Trying to decide what information may be of interest to others is so hard. I really don't know!
I could write about the fact that I am a wife and a mum and an assistant pastor who is a little older than she would like to be .... but that is just pretty boring info really!
So ... how about I leave it up to some of the people who know me? Cheating? Perhaps - but hopefully these little snippets will sum me up nicely.
'Excessive Tea Drinking, Camel Bladdered, Blogging Pastor'
'Supportive, pays attention to detail and good at problem solving'
'Encouraging, Funny, Good Friend'

'When I 'grow up' I want to be like her!!' (What do you mean 'grow up'?!!)
Why am I writing a Blog?
As my first blog explains, my blogging journey began as 'writing somehow allows me to express myself in a way that makes sense - to me at least!'
As someone who finds expression difficult in spoken word - I seem to be able to put my true thoughts and feelings down through pen and paper (keyboard and screen!).
I hope writing this will allow me to explore and express! That is for me. For you? I hope that through my ramblings you will somehow be encouraged and empowered - to explore your life - and all that God has planned for it :)
I hope you all enjoy reading it as much as I enjoy writing it!!
Jo :)

Lol just had a sneak peek at your blog page...looks really good and worth perusing...sadly i have a funeral to prepare for so it will have to be another time...one thing though, a COSTA mug picture would have probably put this blog page in the premier league of blog sites...just a thought
ReplyDeletebe blessed x
Lol - thanks for the comment 'Anon' - another Starbucks vs Costa debate coming up I feel? However, it is a bit of a lost cause - as Starbucks will win for sure!! When you get a chance to read the blog - let me know what you think :) Jo
ReplyDeleteGlad that you found something you could use in my last post about The Perfect Pastor. I am happy to share the prayer with you.
ReplyDeleteI hope you wear your Converse with your alb for worship. You have all the colors of the church seasons and then some!
